Upon purchasing a service from Stretch limo Toronto and providing my credit card number I authorize Stretch Limo Toronto to charge all expenses related to the reservation or any damages incurred to the limo while on board by me or someone else from my group. By submitting my information, I agree that I’m requesting service. I validate that I am the cardholder and authorize the use of this card for this transaction.
I have read and agreed to the Stretch Limo Toronto Terms and Conditions, the purchaser automatically agrees to our terms and conditions. Stretch Limo Toronto may change, add or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Balance owing is paid to the Chauffeur upon arrival to the first pick up location. If services are cancelled before 48hrs from the service time 30% of the total amount will be billed to the client’s credit card if the reservation cancelled within 48 hours of the service date, then full amount will be billed to the client’s credit
card.
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles $ 180.00 will be billed to clients who require clean-up service. $ 25.00 replacement fee will be charged for any broken glasses Client is responsible to pay the full replacement value for any damage to Bar, Screens, DVD or Radio. Stretch Limo Toronto is not responsible for lost or stolen property when left in the vehicles.
Chauffeurs may terminate services at their discretion if the passengers do not follow the company terms and conditions. Passengers must be prepared at scheduled pick up and drop off times in order to avoid extra charges or termination of services. A 407 Charge will be applied to clients whom request the use of the 407 ETR, the admin charge is $ 50.00 per entry, reservations changes may not be available on last minute requests.
Stretch Limo Toronto reserves the right to terminate services due to major weather conditions. Stretch Limo Toronto is Not responsible for delays due to highway closures, traffic and Weather Conditions. Our company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for Substituting with another vehicle based on availability. A 30%non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. All wedding itineraries must be provided 2 weeks prior to date of occasion via fax or email.
